Managing director with a portfolio of general accountancy and taxation clients, Giles has previously worked with two of the big 4 accountants. Head of Business Services and also a specialist in Property & Construction, Giles’s career included some years as Finance Director for a quoted construction and distribution business. He has a wide range of experience with owner managed businesses and enjoys in particular advising on tax planning strategies.

Director and the firm’s foremost tax expert, Paul leads our tax faculty. He joined the firm in 2005 and has over twenty years of experience in taxation having developed his expertise with two major firms of accountants. He has a wide range of experience with high net worth individuals and trusts, and has particular expertise in capital gains and inheritance tax. He is a specialist in farm and estate accounts. Paul also manages a portfolio of audits and accounts for a broad and diverse range of clients.

Jonathan Wood FCCA

Audit and Accountancy Director specialising in corporate finance, Jonathan has a wide range of advisory experience including disposals and acquisitions and finance raising. He has particular expertise in the motor trade. In his audit roles he promotes expert planning and his efficient auditing has demonstrated sound economic benefits for his clients.
